Very friendly. The gentleman who always answers the phone (Chris) was very friendly and put up with me calling multiple times. They took care of my daughter’s Kia would that had damage to the ignition area due to theft. They were able to asses the vehicle and the technician was detailed in providing a 360 overview of all items that needed immediate attention vs. what can wait . Very good place to take your vehicle. It was a little more than I expected to pay but I feel confident that the work done was worth it! My daughter’s car was ready in 1 day. Thank you Larson team for taking care of my daughter and her vehicle. I put the before and after pictures .

The best auto care you can get. I was in and out within 45 mins what the service center told will take 2 days wait period. They do fixes, service and everything with the right price which is far more inexpensive than the regular service center. My first impressions, I'm impressed. Thanks John & Pete taking good care of my car. They are my auto care providers. Last week got a big chunk of work to be done. It was neatly organized and fixed in time. Thanks again.

As in the past, the service I received was exceptional. The shop was very busy, but I didn’t have a long wait. I had a couple of coupons which I received in the mail and they cheerfully accepted both. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and (best of all) dog friendly! The staff was cordial and offered me water or a soft drink while I waited. I can wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone.

I found out about Larson’s by receiving one of their flyers in the mail. I was able to make an appointment very quickly regarding an issue I was having that no one had been able to identify. After making the appointment I was even offered a shuttle ride home if I needed it. The waiting area is very clean and the gentleman working the front desk was friendly and patiently answered all my many questions. They assisted me with the issue I came in with but also found problems with an unrelated area. In December I had struts installed at another shop that I regularly use. They took pictures of the problem with struts and sent them to my phone and explained what was wrong and advised me to go back to that shop to have the problem corrected. They could have found the problem and told me it needed repair by them and never told me it was caused by the other shop. Sadly, not knowing anything about cars I would have paid to have the repair done by them. I truly appreciate their honesty. They also gave me a print out of the inspection they did finding 38 items that were checked and found to be fine, 8 items that would need servicing in the future and 4 that needed to be addressed ( with 2 of those only cosmetic and needing minor repair at a bodyshop). I was truly impressed with their honesty, great work, and pricing. I will be back.🤗

Can’t say enough good things about this place! The do a multi point check on the vehicle and send pictures and videos so you can actually see what they’re talking about if you need a repair. I highly recommend.

Larson's Automotive is the only place I will take my vehicle. They keep my 2000 Honda Accord running in tip-top shape. I wouldn't trust anyone else! Whether I need a brake job, water pump replaced, or seat belt replaced, they are the ones I turn to!

I highly recommend Larson’s Automotive. I had the check engine light come on and reduced power on our Nissan Rogue. Larson’s performed a complete vehicle diagnostic test and inspection. After confirming the issue they went above and beyond to see what possible manufacture or federally regulated warranty we may have that would complete the repair ant no cost to us, through a Nissan dealership. We took it to the dealer to see if in fact it was covered. It appeared to the dealer it was covered as well; however, once the dealer provided the report to Nissan it was deemed not a covered part, on the covered part. I guess they are very particular? The dealer was going to charge 600$ to make the repair and it would be about a week before they could get the part. I called Larson’s and got it in and out of the shop the following day. Not to mention completed the job for half of what the dealer was going to charge. They also provided a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. We will be going to Larson’s for all our automotive needs. Thank you Larson’s for a job well done. You’ve earned a lifetime customer!

Shoutout to Esteban and John. The professionalism exhibited here is exceptional. You feel as though the employees care about you. They are very helpful in getting your car going and letting you know what’s wrong with it and how long it will take to fix them. I would recommend this place to anybody that asks me where to get their car repaired because my experience was so great and seamless. They even gave me a goody bag which is a first.

I am pleased to share the positive experience I had at Larson’s Automotive in San Antonio. A very detailed report was provided with every recommended repair after a complimentary digital inspection. The report included an explanation of why each repair was necessary with actual pictures of the parts to be replaced. No surprises! From my initial call with Chris, John’s warm greeting at the shop and Esteban’s professional work, Larson’s Automotive is by far, the most professional and courteous establishment I have visited in San Antonio. Kudos to Pete and Trish for running such a fine establishment 👍🏾
