I used these guys for the first time a week ago. I thought their prices were extremely fair and I felt that they were very detailed. They send you a very thorough digital report with pictures of everything going on with your car (Good or bad), And then make some recommendations on what to approach. I’m moving in a few months, but if I were staying in San Antonio, I would probably use this shop as my regular shop.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Larson’s for years. Recently my truck has been giving me some issues and Larson’s is always quick to get me in, give an estimate and repair everything in a timely manner. Always great, honest service and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Larson's Automotive for over 3 years now with all my vehicles and I have four and I have been tremendously pleased with the caliber of expertise that they point out the problems they find as well as repairing them. They give you pictures to show you what is wrong where everyone else just tells you and you take their word for them. I highly recommend everyone that at least try them once and see for yourself you won't be disappointed. I went in for an oil sensor replacement and brakes on a 2014 Ram.

This was the second time I used Larsons Automotive. The first time my starter went in my car and I had it towed there because it was the closest shop to my house. They had my car fixed the same day. They kept in contact with me during the day, sent me an email with a detailed description of what work needed to be done, including pictures, and a detailed quote. This time, my husband’s car was overheating so he scheduled an appointment to bring it in. They texted when a technician was looking at the car and provided the same great service as the first time. They are not pushy about fixing minor issues and I feel like I can trust them, they are my go-to mechanic now.

They sent me a same day Comprehensive Vehicle Condition Report, along with a proposed item by item work order with prices. The next morning, I gave them the go ahead on the items I wanted completed. By later that afternoon, the work was done and I picked up my car. Friendly, professional, and a business I highly recommend.

These guys went out of their way to finish my car by noon on Christmas Eve citing they think of customers as family and that they wouldn’t want family to be out of a car for the holidays. I felt like for transmission work it was pretty reasonable, and I will be returning for my control arms and tie rods. Thank you guys!!

There was no wait time at all! The team at Larson’s Automotive made me feel like family the moment I walked in. Appreciate the thoroughness of this automotive repair shop. Staff takes time to explain all aspects of the diagnosis. The pictures within the paperwork explaining their review of the vehicle, assures customers there is never a question about the diagnosis && the repairs. In fact the paperwork acts as proof of their thoroughness.

I am always confident that when my car is serviced it will be done correctly. I needed an alignment and went to another mechanic as it was closer to my home. When I took my car back to Larson‘s for an oil change, my car was totally out of alignment. The other mechanic never performed the service or did it incorrectly. I have learned my lesson and will only take my car to Larson’s.

They responded quickly with a reasonable quote. I turned wrenches for 6 years in an air cooled shop in college and they blew me away with almost daily correspondence that outlined their process in a time-line that they kept. Plus pics of the sequences of repair were a nice touch. I’ve never experienced this type of service. Clearly their attention to detail keeps them on track. It’s not hard to do if anyone needs a model for excellence, be like them.

Everything was good. The price, though, was absolutely in the higher end. I had no real choice but to leave the car. The work seems to be excellent, I cannot really tell since I am not a mechanic, BUT the car works perfectly, and I am grateful for that.
