I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. Mr. Lawrence provided excellent customer service from beginning to end, and Esteban provided exceptional mechanical and diagnostic service. What I appreciated most was the level of communication and transparency throughout the entire process. When my original concern became more complex due to the issue being intermittent, they reached out instead of making assumptions or rushing through the diagnosis. They kept me updated, thoroughly documented their findings, and provided detailed notes explaining the underlying issues, testing procedures, and diagnostic results. They even included pictures and videos so I could actually see and understand what they were finding with my vehicle. It is extremely reassuring to take your car somewhere and feel like they genuinely took the time to investigate the problem rather than simply recommending unnecessary repairs. I truly appreciate Mr. Lawrence and Esteban for their professionalism, patience, thoroughness, and honesty. The quality of both the customer service and mechanical work exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy and thorough mechanic.

If anyone is looking for a mechanic. Use Larson's Automotive. I met the owners and was totally pleased. They're great. Also, the two folks who worked on my vehicle, William and John were both fantastic. They also provide you with pictures of any issues and update you on the status, so that was nice. I highly recommend this business. I'm glad I found them.

We love Larson's Automotive! I cannot say enough nice things about them. They always take care of my personal vehicles and professional fleet. Chris, John, and Jennifer in the front office are nice, responsive, and knowledgeable. Jett, Abel, and Esteban are some of the mechanics I have interacted with over the years, they have always been thorough and helpful. Pete and Tricia have done a great job building a quality brand with a family business touch. Team Larson's is the go-to auto repair partner for Renewal by Andersen of Central TX fleet. We appreciate them taking the time to do the inspections for our Vehicle Safety Day event. They knocked out 40+ inspections of fleet and employee's personal cars. It is a fun event and we all feel a little safer with Larson's checking on our vehicles.

Great service. Mechanics are super knowledgeable and front desk is very friendly. Cost for oil and filter changr falls withing the averge price for a V6, but at the high end. Great jo performed, so worth the little extra noney.

The best auto care you can get. I was in and out within 45 mins what the service center told will take 2 days wait period. They do fixes, service and everything with the right price which is far more inexpensive than the regular service center. My first impressions, I'm impressed. Thanks John & Pete taking good care of my car. They are my auto care providers. Last week got a big chunk of work to be done. It was neatly organized and fixed in time. Thanks again. After feeling sodomized by the dealer a few times, I looked to take my Yukon Denali somewhere a little more "honest" and that specialized in GM. I have had now taken my truck to Larson's at least 3 times, and am very happy with their service and professionalism. I did consider taking my truck back to Goodyear for all new TPMS sensors in my wheels, but they told me $600 and Larson's quoted $283.. I feel I can trust their recommendations, albeit it's always about what I can afford at the moment!

Can’t say enough good things about this place! The do a multi point check on the vehicle and send pictures and videos so you can actually see what they’re talking about if you need a repair. I highly recommend.
