Appreciate the thoroughness of this automotive repair shop. Staff takes time to explain all aspects of the diagnosis. The pictures within the paperwork explaining their review of the vehicle, assures customers there is never a question about the diagnosis && the repairs. In fact the paperwork acts as proof of their thoroughness.

Great service. My vehicle needed new brakes and new tires. I also had an oil change. I loved how they emailed me photos of my car and the current state of my brakes and tires. They had the work finished in short time and I could not believe how smooth my drive home was! It felt like a new car! Thank you Larson’s Automotive. I went to Larson's knowing I needed to get my brakes replaced, but wanted to see what other maintenance/repairs needed to be done on my vehicle. They were able to perform a complete inspection of my car and sent me a very detailed report with photos they took during the inspection and explanations why each component was good or needed servicing. Long story short, we got new brakes in my car in no time and got quotes on other possible services. The detailed report provided was an awesome way to build trust from my local mechanic. I will be a repeat customer.

The best auto care you can get. I was in and out within 45 mins what the service center told will take 2 days wait period. They do fixes, service and everything with the right price which is far more inexpensive than the regular service center. My first impressions, I'm impressed. Thanks John & Pete taking good care of my car. They are my auto care providers. Last week got a big chunk of work to be done. It was neatly organized and fixed in time. Thanks again.

Larsons is a great place to take your vehicle. They did a full diagnostic of it before any work, even though I brought it in for a totally unrelated problem. They were able to find a few other issues and helped me get those fixed in a VERY timely manner AND and a great price! Not only that, they have been GREAT sponsors of the community, giving so much back to the Madsion High School Band! So, they're also very interested and invested in their community! 10/10 would recommend and will be back for future problems!

Got 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in promptly with very good communication with the team throughout. Analysis up front was accurate and provided effective document for proposed work. Work included changing out radiator and hoses, replacing axle seal, and steering/front end components. They also completed general maintenance and repair tasks. Larson’s was flexible when I added tasks and got it all done in the week. No issues to this point and I’m very likely to use again.

Great experience! This is not my first time at Larson's Automotive but the visit was excellent, as usual. The Larson's team is very thorough and provides detailed explanation of the problem and the solution. They are quick to respond and work to diagnose your vehicle quickly. It can be difficult to find a trustworthy auto repair shop but look no further than Larson’s Automotive. I was looking for a second opinion for some vehicle repairs and was delighted to stumble on Larson’s. From the get-go, I was welcomed by very friendly staff. I was able to drive around the block with the technician, Abel, to better help him understand my concerns. Repair time was quick (24 hours), and my car felt like new upon completion of the repairs! I’m super happy with the service provided by Larson’s and will definitely be back!

Super friendly staff. I went in because I was informed that I had an oil leak and couldn’t check it myself. I had heard about them online saying they’re a super helpful shop so I decided to schedule an appointment with them. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and scheduled me an appointment to have them check out my car real quick and see how bad the damage is. When I got here the gentleman who helped me Chris was very friendly and informative; he showed me everything he was checking out on my car and explained everything he noticed. He told me if there was anything new don’t hesitate to bring it back and I definitely will.

Very friendly. The gentleman who always answers the phone (Chris) was very friendly and put up with me calling multiple times. They took care of my daughter’s Kia would that had damage to the ignition area due to theft. They were able to asses the vehicle and the technician was detailed in providing a 360 overview of all items that needed immediate attention vs. what can wait . Very good place to take your vehicle. It was a little more than I expected to pay but I feel confident that the work done was worth it! My daughter’s car was ready in 1 day. Thank you Larson team for taking care of my daughter and her vehicle. I put the before and after pictures .

As in the past, the service I received was exceptional. The shop was very busy, but I didn’t have a long wait. I had a couple of coupons which I received in the mail and they cheerfully accepted both. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and (best of all) dog friendly! The staff was cordial and offered me water or a soft drink while I waited. I can wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone.
