I’ve been going to Larson’s Automotive for several years for what is now my 15 year old Highlander. They have always serviced, repaired, replaced and maintained various parts and areas of my car to my complete satisfaction. They are a family business and owners, Pete and Tricia along with John and Esteban are the best…honest, reliable and professional. I found Larson's while on hold waiting for another shop to return to me with an estimate for some work I needed. Pete was most helpful and provided a fairly unique solution to one of my problems - I was impressed. I was more impressed when their estimate for the work arrived and was a little over 10% lower than I'd estimated via some other tools. Given all the stars sprinkled throughout their reviews ... I'd imagined I'd found nirvana in the world of auto mechanics. Alas, the day came for my truck to arrive at the shop, receive a final evaluation of necessary work, negotiate around what would be done, etc. Their very thorough free evaluation discovered some disturbing information from prior mechanics' work and left me like most of these reports on an old vehicle ... optimistic, yet concerned. When we arrived at the same work I'd asked to be quoted earlier, I was surprised to learn it was a different, higher price. I waited for an explanation of the difference and didn't receive one... until I asked. I received a quick and rather glib ... "we forgot one of the parts" reply. I can appreciate errors being made, what I didn't expect was to be the one who realized a difference existed and had to ask for the explanation. I've not read every review for Larson's to know if this is a pattern with them, I can say I will be very sensitive to it if/when I decide to return for more work. Part of the reason I chose them was their very fair pricing in the initial estimate. In the end, my vehicle was repaired and drives as expected following the work they performed. For all of the 10 miles its been used - everything is wonderful.

The best auto care you can get. I was in and out within 45 mins what the service center told will take 2 days wait period. They do fixes, service and everything with the right price which is far more inexpensive than the regular service center. My first impressions, I'm impressed. Thanks John & Pete taking good care of my car. They are my auto care providers.

As a woman the last thing I need when dealing with car trouble is someone talking down to me or trying to take advantage for money. This is a common issue but is NOT the case for Larson’s. It had been a very long stressful day and somehow I needed to replace a battery in the most awkard of places, today. With no phone call or appointment I was greeted like I had been there a hundred times. They were able to take care of my vehicle and provide me with a reasonable quote for some other repairs I'm going to need. From the moment you walk in the door you know you've found your forever mechanic! From the front desk through the garage you are treated with respect and kindness. Quality customer service has not been lost at Larson's!! Can't thank them enough for being so professional and courteous!!

The dealership had told me I needed to replace the control arm on my vehicle, I wanted a second opinion and I took my car to Larson’s and told them what the dealership had told me. They were able to get my vehicle in the next day which was great. Upon a thorough inspection with pictures also, they advised me it was simple wear and tear of the control bar but didn’t recommend it be replaced at this time. They did mention the stabilizer bar was what was causing the noise that my car was making while driving and the alignment was way off. I spoke with Tracy who was very knowledgeable, she let me know some others things that would need fixed in the near future and gave me pricing for everything they were recommending. I didn’t feel pressure at all to fix it all because I just couldn’t afford everything. I let them know what I would like fixed and they had it finished by the next afternoon. I will definitely be a return customer. I believe John was the one who called me the next week to thank me for letting them work on my vehicle. I thought that was nice.

We continue to trust and rely on Larson's to keep our vehicles in tip-top shape. My engine light came on with this 105+ heat and they were quick to run to the codes to make sure I wasn't going to break down on the highway. We were able to schedule a time to replace my worn out catalytic converter on my 2000 Honda Accord. We love Pete and the whole team! Don't get scammed by others - go to a trusted mechanic!
